Terms and Conditions of MAS Education SAS. Advisory Service

We provide essential information about the advisory service with MAS Education S.A.S. Please read it carefully before proceeding with the acquisition of our services.

1. Role of MAS Education

1.1 MAS Education acts as an intermediary between the university and you as a student, providing support and guidance in the selection and application process to the universities that are part of our portfolio.

2. Scope of Advisory Service

2.1. MAS Education is committed to providing you with comprehensive guidance in your selection and application process to the universities we offer in our portfolio.

3. Cost of Advisory Service

3.1 The advisory service has a fixed cost of $400,000 (four hundred thousand Colombian pesos), which includes the following services:

1. Applications to the selected universities.
2. Workshop and review of the motivation letter.
3. Essay preparation.
4. Training for interviews related to scholarships offered by the universities.
5. Guidance in the Tier 4 – General Student visa application process.

4. Refund of Advisory Fee

4.1 The total advisory service fee will be refundable in the following cases:

1. If you decide to apply to 1 or 2 universities.

4.2. No refund will be provided in the following cases:

1. If you decide to apply to 3 or more universities.

5. Refund Procedure

5.1. The refund will be processed once you have enrolled in the university and have paid 50% of the annual tuition cost.

6. Refund Timeline

6.1. In case you are eligible for a refund according to the reasons mentioned in point 4, it will be executed within a maximum period of two months after you have completed your enrollment and paid 50% of the annual tuition cost.

7. Non-refundable discount

7.1. The advisory service has a preferential cost of $200,000 (two hundred thousand Colombian pesos) when you attend our office in person to receive the advisory. This cost includes the following services:

1. Applications to the selected universities.
2. Workshop and review of the motivation letter.
3. Essay preparation.
4. Training for interviews related to scholarships offered by the universities.
5. Guidance in the Tier 4 – General Student visa application process.

7.2. Non-refundable Nature of the Discounted Advisory Service

1. The cost of the advisory service with the discount will NOT be refundable under any circumstances.
